Job summary

Nike Inc. in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume store team and ensure top-notch customer service. You’ll be the face of NIKE, guiding associates to deliver the consumer journey and achieve store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude to teammates and customers daily.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stock products, and build visual displays.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.50 to $29.25. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
