Nike Clearance Store - Pigeon Forge is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume Nike store team in Pigeon Forge, TN. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching teammates, and driving sales while upholding Nike’s Service Principles.

The role is full-time with flexible scheduling to meet store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you’ll help create a welcoming guest experience that embodies the Nike culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• Must be at least 16 (U.K.)
• Must be at least 17 (Germany/Europe)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
