Nike Clearance Store - Pigeon Forge in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring a Retail Supervisor who leads the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the face of Nike, guiding customers to the best product choices while managing daily store operations including cash handling and displays.

We value team collaboration, bold ideas, and a just-do-it attitude. This role requires 36-40 hours per week, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old in the U.S.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, shipping, receiving, stocking, and building visual displays as needed.
• Attend store events and support teammates.

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• Must be at least 16 (U.K.)
• Must be at least 17 (Germany/Europe)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
