Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced Nike Clearance Store in Pigeon Forge, TN. You’ll guide a team, ensure outstanding customer service, and help customers find their perfect pair. Embrace a just-do-it attitude and drive high-volume sales with a positive, collaborative approach.

You will model Nike’s Service Principles, manage cash and stock, and support store events. Flexible hours, strong teamwork, and a passion for sport complete the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• Must be at least 16 (U.K.)
• Must be at least 17 (Germany/Europe)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
