Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Seaside, OR is hiring a Retail Supervisor. You will be the face of NIKE, guiding customers and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role requires 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Bring a positive, customer-first attitude and be ready to drive service excellence and product knowledge across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
