Job summary

Nike Retail Supervisor at Nike Factory Store Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a motivated leader to guide a fast-paced team. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supporting store goals while upholding Nike’s Service Principles.

The role requires 1 year of retail or consumer service experience, willingness to work nights and weekends, and the ability to learn new products.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $27.30. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
