Job summary

Nike Clinton Factory Store is hiring a Retail Supervisor to be the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find their dream pair, while supporting store operations and visual standards.

Starting pay ranges from $20.50 to $26.65 per hour, with full-time scheduling of 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Join Nike and grow with a culture that emphasizes bold ideas and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50 to $26.65. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
