Job summary

McLemore is seeking a Supervisor for the Night Shift in the Medical Center Area (MCH). This part-time role involves supervising cleaning crews, ensuring safety, and maintaining high cleaning standards at the facility.

Bilingual Spanish is a must, and you will report to the supervisor, with openings totaling around 50 positions. The role requires timely shift adherence, proper use of cleaning chemicals with PPE, and cross-training on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
• Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
