Job summary

McLemore in Dallas is seeking a full-time janitorial technician to clean warehouses and facilities. You will vacuum, mop, disinfect, and maintain surfaces according to SDS and PPE requirements.

The role covers windows, restrooms, break rooms, and occasional heavy cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate works well in a team and adheres to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and SDS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean warehouse areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and disinfecting as assigned.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals with PPE and must follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with proper cleaners.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces.
• Clean and service restrooms including sinks, toilets, and urinals with mops and disinfectants.
• Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Empty cardboard and plastic recycling and compact as required.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure maintenance.
• Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.
• Executing heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Adhere to all general safety rules.

• Clean warehouse by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Clean and service restrooms, to include sinks, toilets, and urinals with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwave, coffee makers, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Empties cardboard and plastic recycling and compacts
