Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Support and assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  2. Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals.
  3. Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and manage other sales resources as assigned.
  4. Recruit, interview, hire, and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  5. Support for Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.
  6. Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  7. Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payments.
  8. Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, and safety training.
  9. Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers.
  10. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  1. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  2. Knowledge of Community Sales practices.
  3. Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record within company standards, and auto insurance.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.

Related Work Experience

  • Sales experience - 1+ years.
  • Sales supervisory experience - 0.5+ years (preferred).
  • Telecommunications and cable industry experience (preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of company products and services (preferred).

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Field and office environment.
  • Travel as required.

The base pay ranges from $57,400 to $94,800. Actual offers depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Some positions are eligible for bonuses and incentive-based compensation.

This position has a commission earnings target starting at $57,600.
