The Mental Health Technician (MHT) Supervisor is a key member of the Lighthouse Milieu Management Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric therapeutic strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The Mental Health Technician (MHT) Supervisor's primary function is to ensure patient safety through staff education and staff culture development. Patients served include adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults (ages 18-65).
