An established industry player is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee the technical operations of their laboratory department. This role involves ensuring operational readiness, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality testing services. You'll be responsible for monitoring performance, compliance, and client interactions, while also playing a key role in training and developing your team. Directly oversees and is responsible for the technical work of the department; responsible for the operational readiness of equipment, instruments, and personnel necessary to meet the daily delivery of testing services. Meets client expectations in delivery of testing services.
Shift: First Shift
Pay Range: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
