Job summary

Kuakini Pathologist LLC in Honolulu is seeking a Supervisor for Medical Staff Services to oversee departmental operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing. You will guide credentialing and bylaws maintenance, ensuring licenses and certifications are verified accurately and on time.

You will coordinate with the Chief of Staff and medical staff committees, delivering services that comply with policies and regulatory standards while fostering efficient service delivery and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or two-year degree from an accredited business or technical school preferred.
• Requires minimum of three (3) years working experience in medical staff services or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Regular Full-Time (Req# 2026-261)

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with 24-hour on-call status 7-days a week. Periodically extended hours or a modified schedule may be required. Must be flexible on work hours.
