Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a hands-on shop supervisor to lead vehicle reconditioning operations. You will oversee vehicle inspections, manage shop staff, ensure timely completion, and verify proper training and equipment for crews.

Responsibilities include implementing goals, tracking performance, and enforcing safety and company policies while maintaining a respectful work environment. Experience in reconditioning or body shop roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience); or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

MSCOX

USD 67,200.00 - 100,800.00 per year

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $67,200.00 - $100,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
