• Associate’s Degree in Technical Field OR equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum five years industrial maintenance experience in assembly or machining operations.
• Basic computer skills including email, calendar, word processing and spreadsheets.
• SAP knowledge/experience preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing maintenance processes (machinery, carpentry, electrical).
• Strong electrical background preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of personnel and maintenance problems.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse group of employees.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the effective utilization of team member skills for maintenance of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Developing, training and motivating team members to maximize efficiency, productivity, cooperation and morale.
• Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs.
• Reviewing operational schedules and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Supervising off-hour emergency response to repair equipment and stabilize damages.
• Maintaining awareness of plant maintenance policies and procedures and ensuring adherence by team members.
• Performing managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning and directing work; budget tasks.

As a Supervisor Maintenance your goal is to supervise and coordinate the activities of team members with regard to construction, modification and maintenance of equipment, building and grounds. Targeted hours for this role on 2nd shift are 1:30p - 10:30p. #LI-MD1 #LI-Onsite
