Job Description

The role involves personnel management and coordination of maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and key performance indicators.

Detailed Tasks:

1. Personnel management, including disciplinary measures, appraisals, interviews, and development.
2. Induction, assessment, and development of employees.
3. Deployment of personnel based on holiday and shift planning.
4. Conducting personnel and sick return interviews.
5. Annual safety briefings and hygiene instructions, with additional sessions if necessary.
6. Annual or necessary review of risk assessments.
7. Collaborating with internal and external interfaces such as plant management, quality, HR, and customers.
8. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements like the Working Time Act and occupational safety.
9. Enforcing internal regulations, including company agreements and tariffs.
10. Performing regular 5S audits and safety inspections.
11. Monitoring external companies within the responsibility area.
12. Overseeing maintenance activities, including inspection, repair, and improvements, considering manufacturer's guidelines.
13. Managing spare parts in the responsibility area.

Qualifications

Requires technical training (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanic) with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar managerial maintenance role is necessary, with expertise in maintenance of technical equipment, personnel management, resource planning, and IT systems such as ERP, MES, and Office.

Additional Information
