Qualifications
Requires technical training (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanic) with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar managerial maintenance role is necessary, with expertise in maintenance of technical equipment, personnel management, resource planning, and IT systems such as ERP, MES, and Office.
