Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Location: McDonough, GA - ON SITE ROLE

Salary: $70,000-$90,000/Year + Potential Bonus and Benefits

About Us: We are committed to producing high-quality food products in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Knowledge of Food Processing would be a plus for this role!

Key Responsibilities

• -Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team.
• -Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in accordance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• -Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• -Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• -Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• -Train and mentor maintenance staff on safety procedures and technical skills.
• -Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
  
  

Qualifications

• -3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar regulated environment.
• -1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• -Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• -Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards.
• -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• -Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• -RETA certification or experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
• -Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• -High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
