To plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions necessary for maintaining the physical structures, H.V.A.C., mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in a safe working condition.
The Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for managing labor and material controls, training maintenance personnel in safety, and implementing effective management practices. Contribute to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination, resource management, and participation in goal achievement.
All licenses, certifications, or registrations must be maintained in the area of specialty.
