The Supervisor Maintenance plays a crucial role in the development and success of the workplace, managing and leading the maintenance staff. This includes overseeing Technical Support Functions such as Maintenance and Special Projects, as well as responsibilities related to Current Production, Product Launch, Process Launch, and PM Strategy.

Essential functions of the job include:

1. PLC and HMI maintenance and troubleshooting, including ladder logic; diagnosing hydraulic leaks and performing PMs.
2. Reading advanced electrical blueprints and schematics.
3. Experience with integrated circuit troubleshooting; wiring control circuits at various voltages (5, 12, 24, 120 volts); advanced pneumatic circuit design.
4. Advanced welding skills and experience with welding tools.
5. Proficiency with basic shop tools (hand tools, drills, lathes, milling machines); operating bridge & rail cranes; drilling and tapping; circuit design and layout; cutting and threading pipes; basic pneumatic troubleshooting and repair; building maintenance including lighting, compressors, and emergency systems; conduit bending and wiring; installation and setup of motor controllers and VFDs.
6. Ensuring all employees adhere to safety guidelines, intervening to correct unsafe actions, and reporting accidents and first aid incidents.
7. Conducting daily PPE and safe work practice observations, coaching employees as needed.
8. Overseeing and approving hourly employee timecards.

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants, which may require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
