Overview

Join our team as a Supervisor at Lincoln University! As a supervisor in our college dining facility, you'll lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our campus. You'll oversee and guide a team, manage daily tasks, handle customer inquiries, and drive staff performance. Your role includes training new staff and collaborating to enhance dining efficiency. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dining facility staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance for smooth operations and service quality.

• Conduct training for new and current employees on safety, service protocols, and job-specific tasks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and university policies for a safe dining environment.
