Timken is seeking a Supervisor to lead bearing manufacturing processes in the Rail Bearing Business. You will supervise staff, enforce safety policies, and drive production on a daily basis while coordinating with a cross-functional team to meet customer requirements.
Ideal candidates bring strong problem solving, time management and leadership skills, with ERP experience (SAP preferred) and the ability to operate in a loud, manual manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Supervisor
Overall Purpose: To provide direction, leadership and expertise for the implementation and integration of bearing manufacturing processes in the Rail Bearing Business. This includes the supervision of all personnel in the specified area to maintain an efficient and highly motivated team with the proper skills and demonstrated capabilities for completing all customer orders correctly and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
Protective Clothing and Personal Devices: Safety glasses/shields; appropriate manufacturing close-toed safety footwear; hearing protection may be required, or other protective equipment as needed.
Other Requirements: Must work in cross department area at least 1 week of each quarter to maintain certification.
