Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC in Jacksonville, FL is hiring dependable Warehouse Lumpers for a fast-paced furniture distribution center. You will unload furniture from trailers in a hot, physically demanding environment and help stage items for production.

This is a production-pay role with weekly pay; success can lead to Lead, Supervisor, or Management positions. Qualified candidates should be able to lift 50–100+ lbs and work Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver 50–100+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot trailers and a physically demanding environment.
• Able to stay physically active for the entire shift.
• Team-oriented attitude and dependable motivation.
• Warehouse or physical labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload heavy furniture from hot inbound trailers.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture weighing 50–100+ lbs.
• Move and stage heavy furniture throughout the warehouse.
• Work with a team to safely unload trailers and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

THIS IS HOT, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK.

You will be unloading furniture from trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.The trailers can be extremely hot, especially during the summer, and the furniture is heavy and bulky.This job requires constant physical movement, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and stacking for extended periods of time.

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR LIGHT WAREHOUSE WORK.You should be comfortable working hard in the heat and repeatedly handling furniture weighing50–100+ lbs.

This is aproduction-pay position, meaning your earnings are based on your productivity and performance.The harder and more efficiently you work, the more you can earn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
