Monument Health is seeking a Laundry Supervisor responsible for creating efficient production schedules, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring accurate productivity records. The role emphasizes safety, timely order fulfillment, and collaboration with other departments to optimize laundry operations.

The position requires at least 1 year in supervision and laundry operations, with a High School diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate degree in a related field.
• 1+ years supervisory experience; 1+ years laundry operations experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work schedules for production employees in assigned department(s).
• Provides daily work assignments.
• Monitors and insures productivity records are posted; counsels, coaches, and provides corrective action for employees as necessary.
• Monitors and reports/records daily fill rates.
• Ensures a safe work environment for employees.
• Informs Manager or Leadership of any problematic situations related to laundry operations.
• Provides direct supervision to Laundry departments and plant employees as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
