Job summary

Berger Health System in Mansfield, OH, seeks a Materials Distribution Associate responsible for breaking down, staging, and replenishing unit specific products, linens, and equipment to support patient care.

You will validate receipts against pack slips, operate powered and manual handling devices, use handheld technology, and follow inventory procedures while traveling between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete STAT orders within requester timelines and use handheld technology for orders.
• Travel between sites as needed within the Freestanding Emergency Department Network.
• Report errors and discrepancies through the chain of command.
• Manage product rotation and expiration dates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
