Job summary

Enbridge seeks an experienced Supervisor IT Customer Information System to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting a large enterprise portfolio of applications across CIS, Finance, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on cloud integration, automation, and robust ITIL practices to deliver reliable services and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years experience of supporting large-scale enterprise application environments, including cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise business processes and systems, including Customer Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Work Management domains.
  • Experience integrating on-premise and cloud-based applications using modern cloud integration tools and technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of ITIL processes, with a strong focus on incident, change, release, and testing management practices.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is known internally as Supervisor TIS Customer Information System.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and direct a multidisciplinary team responsible for the operational support and delivery oversight of a large enterprise systems portfolio.

Who You Are:

Working Conditions:
  • Standard office environment.

  • Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required to support critical business needs, project deadlines, or production activities.

  • Frequent travel to other Enbridge locations for meetings.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Note:

Salary Ranges from $114,800 to $160,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
