Resorts World Las Vegas LLC seeks an Facilities Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the inventory team, oversee the inventory system, and manage purchasing input for the Facilities department. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient control of parts and tools in a luxury resort setting.

The candidate should have strong Microsoft Applications skills, basic math ability, excellent customer service, and fluent English. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsabilidades

• Record statuses in inventory management systems.
• Track tools checked in/out by Facilities team.
• Use personal device for work tasks and reviewing company documents.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Summary Statement

The Facilities inventory control supervisor is responsible performing and overseeing a wide variety of inventory control functions in the Facilities department, including ordering and receiving parts, tools, and other items for the Facilities department, managing and maintaining inventory of parts and tools, and proper record keeping of orders, parts, and tools. This position oversees the Facilities inventory control representative. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures.

Primary Job Duties

• Oversee the Facilities inventory control representative and inventory control system
• Oversee and assist with inputting and receiving purchases for the Facilities department, including parts, tools, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with creating and maintaining strategic operational inventory control systems and procedures
• Report any discrepancies directly to Facilities Management
• Communicate with Facilities leads, managers, and leadership regarding inventory
• Oversee and assist with physical inventory audits of parts and tool rooms in Facilities
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, audits, counts, and adjustments
• Record inventory statuses into appropriate inventory management systems
• Maintain record of tools being checked in and checked out by Facilities team members
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance consistent with company grooming, dress and uniform policies.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience working with inventory control systems
• Preferred: Experience Red Rock Inventory/purchasing systems
• Preferred: Experience with Facilities maintenance inventory
• Preferred: Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience

At least 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
