Job Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned integration or separation workstreams and reviews analyses for quality.
• Supports development and execution of integration and separation plans.
• Coordinates engagement activities and timelines across functional areas.
• Participates in client discussions related to planning and execution activities.
• Coaches associates and senior associates and provides feedback on performance.
• Escalates risks and issues to managers as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting post-merger integration or carve-out initiatives.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

At RSM, pay is intended to reflect experiences, performance, and skills for the current role. The salary range for this role represents multiple factors in the hiring decision, and pay could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $95,400 - $192,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
