Centerstone in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Supervisor for the inpatient hospital admissions department to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth intake, room assignments, and billing coordination.

Supervises daily activities within the inpatient hospital admissions department. This role is responsible for improving continuity of care for individuals and agencies within the behavioral healthcare system to support improved clinical outcomes.
This position has supervisory responsibilities, which include providing direction, training, coaching, performance feedback, scheduling, and personnel oversight in accordance with system policies.
Education Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience Minimum of four years of relevant experience required.
Licenses and Certifications No specific license or certification required.
Licensed Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
Work is performed in an office, clinical, residential, and/or community-based environment depending on role and assignment. The position may involve routine use of office, clinical, or electronic systems and equipment. Duties may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working at a computer. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts based on program needs. This position is classified as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
