What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the Inflight Dependability Policy for a large Flight Attendant team, including monitoring turnover and absenteeism
- Conduct comprehensive internal investigations into potential Flight Attendant misconduct and administer discipline as needed
- Assist management in grievance and arbitration hearings related to Flight Attendant dependability
- Educate, train, and enforce accountability of Flight Attendants regarding department policies and procedures
- Analyze and evaluate statistical performance data regarding attendance, leaves of absence, and attrition trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of management/supervisory experience
- Proficiency in CrewTrac, Oracle, and MS Office Suite
- Experience working with union representatives and grievance hearings
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
