Job summary

Overview

Responsible for leadership and management in a warehouse with high volume, scope, and complexity. This role will provide overall direction and coordination of all warehouse activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures.
• Coach, train, direct, and counsel operational associates on overall performance.
• Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance of all team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/preferred.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong organization, multi‑tasking, and time management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds.
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations.
• Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions.
• Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required.
