Job summary

Calyx Living in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech to oversee care staff across all shifts in our assisted living community. You will supervise daily resident care and assist with medication administration to support our seniors.

In this role you will maintain up-to-date schedules, coordinate ongoing training, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Weekend and holiday availability is required and you will liaise with families and clinical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Prior experience with seniors strongly preferred.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resident care and supervise care staff.
• Administer medications and support Personal Care Assistants.
• Maintain updated staff schedules and handle call-outs/changes.

Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Techfor all shifts for our assisted living community! We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!

Calyx is looking to hire Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Techwho will support the supervision of care staff while being responsible for the administration of medications and supporting the Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) by providing personal care services to our seniors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing assistance to residents on a daily basis, supervising staff, keeping an updated work schedule as call outs/changes occur, assure training is up to date and follow established safety precautions.
