Job summary

InfoTree in Dubuque, IA is seeking an onsite, 1st shift Team Lead to supervise a production team from 5:30AM. This role requires ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include managing daily schedules, coaching team members, and collaborating with management to meet targets. Overtime may be required; safety boots must be worn on day one.

OT hours may be requested if needed. Metatarsal safety boots are required on their first day.
