Austin Engineering is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor for the Mills, Wyoming facility. You will lead daily shop operations, supervise heavy steel fabrication and welding, and ensure schedules, safety, and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate time, labor, and production records.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Report equipment issues per company procedures.

Position Summary
