California Correctional Health Care Services in Stockton, CA, is seeking a permanent full-time Supervisor II for the Transactions and Benefit Services Team. You will oversee personnel transactions, benefits and workers' compensation activities for CHCF staff, providing expert guidance and outstanding customer service.

Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit (01 ), and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by (3 ) percent and will receive (5 ) PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 30 , 2027 . Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.
CCHCS seeks to fill a permanent fulltime Supervisor II position in the Transaction and Benefit Services Team. This position is a second line supervisor and is responsible for personnel transactions, benefits and worker's compensation activites for CCHCS staff at the California Health Care Facility (CHCF).
Under the general direction of the Manager II, Transactions and Benefit Services, the Supervisor II is the second line supervisor and is responsible for personnel transactions, benefits and worker’s compensation activities for CCHCS staff at the CHCF. Acts as an expert staff resource and ensures CHCF employees are provided with outstanding customer service related to personnel matters. Assigned special projects as needed.
This position reports to Human Resources (HR), which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce. California Correctional Health Care Services’ HR professionals provide outstanding customer service, provide tools and resources for job development and advancement, and ensure fairness and accuracy in all aspects of HR.
