California Department of Child Support Services in Sacramento County seeks a Call Center Supervisor to lead the Call Center 2 team and related customer service operations.
You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate with the statewide Call Center platform, and ensure efficient service delivery in a hybrid work environment.
