Legends Global is seeking Supervisors to oversee all services for assigned areas at the new Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to state, local, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service.
• Ensure the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled.
• Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events.
• Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders.
• Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel.
• Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transaction policies and checking IDs for every guest.
• Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy.
• Practices safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintains a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Competitive salarystarting at$20/hourcommensuratewith experience.
