Legends Global in Buffalo, NY is seeking In-Seat Servers to join our stadium team during the 2026 NFL season, delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will serve a range of beverages and food, assist the service staff, and help maintain safety and standards while adapting to event-driven schedules, including nights and weekends. Candidates should be 18+, with English proficiency and prior club/restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and available nights, weekends and holidays.
• Read, speak and write English; basic knowledge of food & beverages.
• Ability to lift 10–30 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Two to three years in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Willing to obtain required alcohol and food safety certifications.

THE ROLE

We are looking for In-Seat Servers to join our team. As a In-Seat Server, you will provide exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in their assigned area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverages, and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Maintaina pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Practicesafe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items that weigh 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must have flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.
• Must have enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
• Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION

Salary of $16 per hour, plus tips.
