Job summary

The Tavern Collective in Irving, Texas seeks a hospitality leader to elevate guest experiences and lead a high-performing team. You will drive service standards, manage reservations, and mentor staff to deliver memorable experiences across our outlets.

Responsibilities include overseeing social media content, optimizing profitability, and collaborating with event groups to tailor unforgettable guest journeys. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with a focus on shift excellence and team support.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence.
• Ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
• Experience in social media content creation and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with host and service assistant operations.
• Organizational skills for managing reservations and coordinating group experiences.
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
