Job summary

Grinders Above and Beyond, a family‑owned restaurant, seeks a dynamic restaurant manager to lead shifts in FOH and BOH. You will support General and Assistant Managers in day‑to‑day operations and develop a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Have full understanding of all procedures necessary to operate the restaurant on a day to day basis.
• Lead shifts in the FOH and BOH.
• Coach and supervise employees, making sure all steps of service are met.
• Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.

• Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
