Grinders Above and Beyond in North Canton, OH is hiring to join our family-style kitchen team. No experience is required; we’ll train you. Learn menu items, basic kitchen prep and safe food handling in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You’ll set up and close, stock and clean your area, and support teammates as needed. This full-time role offers starting pay above minimum wage, monthly and major holiday bonuses, employee meal discounts, and benefits including dental, medical, vision and life

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and gain working knowledge of menu items after training.
• Learn kitchen prep and food safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Set up and close, stock and clean the assigned area.
• Perform all duties as directed by management and assist others as needed.
