Pure Hockey, LLC is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in a fast-paced hockey goods environment. You will engage customers, supervise cash operations, and collaborate with management on visual standards and store performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, inventory upkeep and ensuring top-notch service while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience using a computer and handheld devices.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Description

Retail Supervisors play a meaningful role at Pure Hockey. The Supervisor position provides an opportunity, in a leading retail setting, to excel in a growing, high impact, customer focused role, working both independently and as a member of a team, to positively impact the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• · Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.
• · Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures
• · Assist in the areas of merchandising, operations, sales and customer service
• · Partner with the Store Manager to establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations within the store, including but not limited to sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
• · Coach, teach, train, recognize and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates to encourage professional growth and build a bench of talent.
• · Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by management
• · Maintain cleanliness of all areas including the sales floor, shop and restrooms.
• · Other duties assigned by manager
