Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

• After training, will have working knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
• Lead shifts in the FOH and BOH.
• Learn and have working knowledge of procedures necessary to operate restaurant.
• Coach and supervise employees, making sure all steps of service are met.
• Coach and communicate with employees in a positive and professional manner.
• Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
• Adheres to the rules and regulations contained in the Confidential Manual of Operations.
