Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a development/test lab team in the Greater Seattle Area. You will mentor staff, plan daily work, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of lab activities.

Collaborate with engineering for tests, prototyping, and hardware builds while driving continuous improvement and proper documentation across programs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in aerospace labs, manufacturing, or technical operations environment.
  • 1+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with data tracking, reporting, and productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of development lab technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to meet development schedules and program milestones.
