Qualifications

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

• Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience or combination of education and experience.
• A&P License required.
• At least 1 year direct supervisory experience over hourly, non-exempt, employees strongly preferred.
• Successful applicant must have excellent oral and written communications skills, be goal-oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
• Proven success in leading team through a continuous improvement environment.
• Successful applicant should be creative, entrepreneurial, and an empowering team leader.
• Experimental Flight Operations experience preferred.
• Some travel is required (20%).
