Ferrero is seeking a Retail Team Lead for Walmart to execute strategic retail plans and manage key performance indicators within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role includes leading a team, ensuring retail execution quality, and significant collaboration with broker teams to optimize sales. Ideal candidates will have strong field sales experience and a preferred Bachelor's degree.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Team Lead, Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the broker and customer teams and converting strategic plans to tactical retail execution. You will manage Ferrero KPIs and Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing (DSMP) priorities within the customer channel. The Retail Team Lead, Walmart will have 2 direct reports and be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position reports to the VP of Retail Operations.
