Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a proactive Credit & Collections specialist to support its finance team in Greenville, SC. You will assist with credit approvals, collections, and customer account management, ensuring timely payment and adherence to company policies.

The role requires strong financial analysis and knowledge of credit procedures, with opportunities to lead process improvements and work across departments in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced, results-oriented growth environment.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• International business experience a plus.
• Knowledge of all credit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the HYVE Credit and Collection Department.
• Provide strategic support for preceding-sales services to clients.
• Support HYVE Solutions credit approval and collection activities.
• Recommend credit limits and handle special credit arrangements.
• Analyze accounts receivable and aging to determine delinquencies and collections.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements within credit operations.
• Act as customer advocate across departments and mentor teammates.

About This Role Responsible for supporting the HYVE Credit and Collection Department. Provides strategic support for the delivery of preceding-sales services and supports to clients/customers. Work to support HYVE Solutions, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Synnex Corporation HYVE Solutions is a leader in providing customers with energy-efficient rack-level server, storage and networking solutions that are cost effective and built specifically to actual workloads and data center environments Supports the activities of credit approval and credit collection. Recommends credit limits and handles special credit arrangements and problem collection accounts. Oversees analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts to determine overdue accounts, and collection procedures. Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures, departmental systems, and identifies opportunities for improvements and value add to customers/clients. Assists with the activities of customer issue resolution. Is an advocate for the customer in dealing with multiple departments across the company. Provide guidance to other team members, promoting best practices.

Your passion is sparked by: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or 5 years of relevant experience Previous experience working in a complex, fast paced, results oriented, growing business environment Previous leadership experience in manufacturing preferred Prior experience with international business a plus Knowledge and understanding of all credit procedures Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and amiably with internal and external customers Advanced financial statement analysis skills and interpretation Familiarity with interpretation of credit reports Familiarity with financing alternatives in a trade (B2B) credit environment Proficient with Windows, MS Word and MS Excel. Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision as well as the ability to lead others
