Position Purpose: With the Fidelis Care Health Plan, you will be responsible for the direction of activities, scheduling, and work assignments for an assigned, specialized area. Monitors assigned area for compliance with financial policies, established procedures and governmental regulations. Directly supervises, coaches and directs staff.
Education/Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience; Specialized training in specific area of responsibility is helpful. Minimum (2) years applicable work experience in a related environment with minimum (1) year experience in a supervisor/manager capacity.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
