Role Overview

We are seeking a Workplace Services Supervisor for our Workplace Services team. This role requires the ability to thrive in a startup environment as part of a growing team. Your passion for excellence will help make our workplace experience the greatest possible!

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing infrastructure for daily operations, including programs, inspections, legal and safety compliance, audits, and vendor management.
2. Overseeing at least two direct reports, including hiring, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and performance management.
3. Developing and managing onsite food and janitorial programs, including budgets.
4. Leading major projects with budgets exceeding $100,000.
5. Managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
6. Problem-solving and troubleshooting autonomously, delegating as needed.
7. Proactively scheduling and adapting to location-specific needs.
8. Sourcing and managing contractors and proposals for building and facilities services.
9. Implementing new systems to improve efficiency.
10. Managing parking logistics, including offsite parking and transportation.
11. Supporting company-wide or location-specific events.
12. Addressing workplace tickets promptly and escalating when necessary.
13. Managing deliveries and providing front-of-house support.
14. Ensuring facility compliance with legal and safety standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
15. Handling invoicing and payments for forecasting and accruals.
16. Performing other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of workplace experience or equivalent.

The salary range for this position is $77,200—$96,500 USD, plus benefits including 401K, paid time off, and insurance options. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including location, skills, experience, and market demand.
