Cascadia Health in the Town of Lloyd, NY, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians, coordinate vendor work orders, and ensure timely, cost-efficient repairs across our properties.
The role collaborates with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, onsite staff, and leadership to build preventive maintenance programs, manage inspections, and support audits while promoting trauma-informed, person-first care.

The Facilities Supervisor supervises, monitors and coordinates the activities and repairs carried out by the maintenance technicians and vendors related to tenant work orders, unit turnovers and building needs. This position works collaboratively with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, onsite staff, Program Managers and Leadership to ensure all property maintenance activities are addressed and followed through in a timely efficient manner.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Associate’s degree in relevant field
Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification or comparable certification
Required:
Minimum of three years involvement in maintenance activities.
Possess a valid driver’s license, one-year driving history, clean driving record, ability to pass Driver Motor Vehicle (DMV) check and complete the Cascadia online Defensive Driving course.
Must have the ability to perform CPR and properly use AED equipment. BLS certification training will be provided within the first 60 days of hire for client‑facing staff, and CPR certification training will be provided within 120 days for all other staff. Certification must remain current.

The work assigned is diverse and involves addressing new and unusual circumstances. The work regularly involves a degree of unpredictability and disruption of planned tasks requiring a flexible time management approach. In addition, this position requires exercising sound judgment.
