Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Exhibit Production & Prep in North Las Vegas to lead the prep team and ensure exhibits, graphics, structures, rental assets, and components are ready for showtime. This is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week role.

You’ll manage daily prep activities, coordinate with Project Management, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Show Services, and drive continuous improvements in production workflows and quality control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production, fabrication, exhibits, or related environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, exhibit drawings, and production schedules.
• Experience assigning work, managing priorities, solving problems, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily prep work of the prep team; ensure projects move from shop to show floor.
• Coordinate inventory, cleaning, repairs, and packing for exhibits.
• Review drawings, work orders, and show specs to determine steps and order of actions.

What You’llLead

Get the team and the show ready!

You'll oversee theday-to-daywork of theprep team, makingsure every projectis readyto move fromthe shop tothe show floor.

• Lead and coordinatedaily prep activities, includinginventory, cleaning, repairs, assembly, staging, andpacking
• Prepare exhibitproperties, graphics, customstructures, rental assets, and event componentsfor shipment andinstallation
• Review exhibit drawings, work orders, showspecifications, and productionrequirements to determinewhat needs tohappenand in whatorder
• Assign work, establishpriorities, and adjuststaffing and proceduresas deadlines shift
• Make sure components,graphics, hardware, andshow-specific materialsarecomplete, functional, andready to go
• Monitor labor andproduction time tohelp plan workaccurately
• Coordinatewith Project Management, Production, Warehouse,Logistics, and ShowServices to keepprojects moving
• Help identify potentialproblemsbefore they becomeshow-site problems

What You’ll Bring

We'relooking for ahands-on leaderwho knows howproduction really works.

You bring:

• 3–5 yearsof experiencein production, fabrication, exhibits, trade shows, eventproduction, warehouse/prep, logistics, or arelated environment
• The ability toread and interpretblueprints, exhibit drawings, diagrams, technical instructions, and production schedules
• Experience assigning work, managing priorities, solvingproblems, and hittingdeadlines
• Proficiency operatingstand-up andsit-down forklifts
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, andleadership skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Basic Microsoft Officeskills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,and Outlook
